Starten Sie ELOoffice und wechseln Sie in den Bereich <strong>Konfiguration<\/strong>. Direkt im ersten Reiter \u201eAllgemein\u201c finden Sie eine wichtige Einstellung: Unter den \u201ezus\u00e4tzlichen Modulen\u201c muss ein Speicherpfad f\u00fcr ELO QuickScan eingetragen sein. Zudem ist es erforderlich, dass die H\u00e4kchen vor \u201eELO QuickScan\u201c und \u201e\u00dcbertragung aktiv\u201c gesetzt sind (siehe Screenshot):<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2497\" src=\"https:\/\/www.elooffice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Quick-Scan-6-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"536\" height=\"100\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.elooffice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Quick-Scan-6-2.png 536w, https:\/\/www.elooffice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Quick-Scan-6-2-300x56.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 536px) 100vw, 536px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Sollte die Daten\u00fcbertragung von ELO QuickScan nach ELOoffice nicht funktionieren, \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen Sie bitte, ob die Ports <strong>(TCP: 5556, UDP: 5555)<\/strong> offen sind \u2013 das ist ebenfalls zwingend notwendig.<\/p>\n<p>3. Wenn die Konfiguration mit der angegebenen IP-Adresse in ELO QuickScan nicht funktioniert, versuchen Sie es einmal mit der Angabe des Computernamens im Netzwerk \u2013 diesen finden Sie mittels Rechtsklick auf \u201eDieser PC\u201c im Explorer und dort unter \u201eEigenschaften\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>4. Sollte dieses Vorgehen nicht zum Erfolg f\u00fchren, deaktivieren Sie bitte die Firewall komplett und versuchen es erneut.
